The aim of writing a review for a book is to give other readers an insight into what the book is about and whether it's the kind of book they would be interested in reading. You may get a few ideas by reading other readers' reviews of the books on this site, but make sure you write your review in your own words.
The ideal review should be between 75 and 500 words long and include the following;
1) An outline, in your own words, of the content of the book without spoilers.
2) What you liked/disliked about the book with specific examples and your reasons why.
3) A summary of your overall impression of the book.
If you have downloaded the book as an offer from The Indie Pages, conclude your review with:
"I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review."
